Welcome to Daily Moment – Diary Journal. Before using the app, please take a moment to read these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By downloading or using the app, you are agreeing to them.

ABOUT THE APP

Daily Moment – Diary Journal is a simple and private space for you to record your thoughts, feelings, memories, and daily moments.

The app does not require any account, registration, or login. Everything you create in the app is stored directly on your own device.

NO ACCOUNTS, NO CLOUD STORAGE

To keep your diary truly personal and private:

The app does not use or require any accounts
There is no sign-up or login system
We do not provide cloud storage for diary content
We do not collect or store your personal diary entries on any server

All of your content, including diary entries, photos, mood records, and notes, stays on your device only. We cannot view, access, or recover your personal data.

YOUR DATA & BACKUPS

Because your data is saved locally on your device:

You are fully in control of your content
Removing the app or losing your device may permanently delete your data
We are unable to restore lost entries for you

For additional safety, we gently recommend backing up your device regularly using tools such as iCloud or Google Backup (if you choose to enable them).

USING THE APP RESPONSIBLY

You agree to use the app only for lawful and personal purposes. Please do not:

Use the app in a way that breaks any laws
Attempt to damage or interfere with the app
Copy, modify, or misuse the app’s design or code

You are solely responsible for all content that you choose to write or store in Daily Moment.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

While you always fully own your personal content, the app’s design, features, logo, and code belong to the developer of Daily Moment – Diary Journal and are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

A GENTLE DISCLAIMER

We strive to make Daily Moment a calm, reliable space for you. However, the app is provided “as is”.

This means we cannot promise that it will always run perfectly or without interruptions on every device.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the developer of Daily Moment – Diary Journal is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses, including the loss of personal data, that may occur while using the app.

We understand how valuable memories can be, which is why we encourage regular backups.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. Any updated version will be made available within the app or on its official page.
